Job Description:
The individual will work on a variety of telephone calling programs from your home office using a combination of communication methods including the telephone and e-mail contacting decision makers in companies (no calling to residences) throughout Canada and the United States.

Required Skills:
- Excellent command of the english language
- Experience in telemarketing or inside sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Good comfort level with the Internet (Must have a high speed Internet connection)
- Detail orientated
Desired Skills:
- Comfort with interpersonal telephone communication
- Knowledge programs such as Salesforce.com an asset
- French speaking an asset but not required
- Understanding of the sales process
- Enjoy working with people.
- Be open and positive to feedback
