Your project manager works with you to determine the best way to penetrate the organization in a strategic session, then we source the best data in the business from Zoom Info. Zoom provides direct dial and mobile phone numbers as well as email addresses for the contacts you want to target.

Each campaign begins with an orientation meeting including the calling team. We believe it is critically important that you have the opportunity to interact directly with the team that will be representing your brand in the marketplace. Our number one priority is our client’s brand integrity.

Appointments and demos are only productive if they are attended by qualified prospects. LGI ensures the prospect is qualified according to your criteria, which is detailed on the daily call reports you receive.

LGI will confirm the appointment or demo 48 hours in advance, both by email and by phone. We encourage our clients to reach out 24 hours in advance by confirming the appointment via email. The prospect will also receive a reminder 1 hour beforehand by email and by SMS text message (optional). If, for any reason, the prospect misses the appointment, we will attempt to reschedule.
